By installing or playing you agree to these terms.

1. The game

The game is provided for entertainment. We may change, add or remove features, events, prices and items at any time.

2. Virtual items

Coins, Ink, pens, skins, arenas and passes are virtual items with no cash value. They are licensed to you, not sold, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between players. Items bought with real money are handled by Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's rules.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, modify the game, use bots, exploit bugs for gain, or try to break the servers. We may reset progress or block installs that do. Reward codes may be used once per install and may expire.

4. Ads and rewards

Some rewards come from watching ads. Rewards may have daily limits. We may change the rewards at any time.

5. Wi-Fi matches

You play over your own network with people you choose. We are not responsible for connection problems or other players' behaviour.

6. Your data

7. Warranty and liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress or lost virtual items.

8. Ending

You can stop playing and uninstall at any time. We can stop providing the game with notice.

9. Contact
